Help I’m not getting my up dates on empire of the star or any stories of Raythereign in my email. I can’t seem to get tech support.
I'm not sure what you mean you can't get tech support. Did you put in a ticket? Send an email? I've looked for this username and I believe I've found you. I'll email you and cc Jeremy.
I’m not very technical but you know at the bottom of the page it’s says tech support well I tried going to that link and it won’t come up. And I don’t know why I’m not getting new chapters for the stories for raythereign. So I don’t know that you mean did I put in a ticket, and send a email.
Dawna - That's NOT a link. That's just an indication that the EMAIL below it is for tech support. That's the TechSupport@Raythereign.com email you see there. So clicking on the text would do nothing as you noted.
Second, when you are logged into RR, you just need to click on the the My Account button, go to Support and click on Helpdesk. That's how you create a ticket.
But I've already used the billing email you gave us ccing you and Jeremy at tech support to assist you on this.
